Hi guys!

I wanted to do a little update on everything and my views on somethings.

If you saw my previous journal it was a summary of why I was leaving the facebook cosplay community and my reasoning why.
I failed to really emphasize how most of it had to do with pressure and bullying.
People were asking why had I given in and let the negative take over and why I was cutting myself off from people who cannot use dA who want to view my work.
I had taken in a lot of why I was getting harassed and what I do want to change about myself.
The few weeks of taking myself away from Facebook really opened my eyes to that.
I want to be able to share my work and journey along with people from all ends of the internet but not at the expense of my well being and dignity.
I decided to try again ( even if it may be temporary)  but wiped a lot of the content I wasn't now comfortable with and really moderate what comes up on my page as well as my own posts.

OTHER THAN THAT.
I'm so relieved that nova is over, I can stress less. YET AGAIN I rushed a costume up until the night before :P
But I'm still working on it so I can get awesome photos in a couple of weeks after this week of recovery!

I don't really know what I want to work on at the moment. The last ordeal took a lot out of me. I think I should just rest and wait for another bolt of inspiration.

Anyway. Keep in touch, I love to converse with all the other cosplayers and artists!

I hate hearing about cosplayers getting bullied and harassed.

Cosplaying is a really fun aspect of the community. It's great seeing people- both men and women- get so into what they love and they'll express it by dressing up as their favorite characters from comics, anime, video games, movies or any other source.

It sucks that you've been bullied. There's no justification for it. Ever. I'm just glad to hear you're not letting it defeat you.
